As a Swiss company that has been at its Basle location for more than 110 years, Regent Lighting is now also active on an international basis and thrills users all over the world with innovative and intuitive light solutions.

Our corporate culture

We at Regent Lighting live flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a family-type corporate culture. The dynamic market environment of the luminaire industry poses new challenges, requires agile processes and constant further development. We always welcome the ideas and suggestions of our employees, which help us to continuously convince our customers with innovative products and services.

Our employees

Regent Lighting employs people from 28 nations, with different languages and in more than 180 job profiles, but with one common idea. From our Basle headquarters we create light for the whole world.

Our academy

Living means learning. With us you can continuously extend your training.

At our Regent Lighting ACADEMY you can learn all about lighting-related topics and lighting technology from our in-house experts. In addition, external specialist lecturers offer qualified training courses on a wide variety of topics – from software to soft skills. 

Every year, 200 training courses are organised and the participants receive a certificate of the Regent Lighting Academy for taking part successfully. 

Our events

No matter whether it is a sports event, a barbecue or simply a relaxed "get-together" – we meet, get to know the colleagues better and exchange experiences. That is important to us. We invite our employees to joint events several times a year, thus living our "We" corporate culture.

Transparency is held in high esteem at Regent Lighting. The management informs the colleagues four times a year within the scope of our "plain talk" event about the situation of the company and current projects in the individual business units.
